Business Strategy & Communication Support for Therapists and Educators
Every business and organization has its unique story and potential. My work is to support, guide, and empower you - whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your reach and make your offering stand out from the crowd.

ABOUT ME
My name is Tatjana Mesar, and Shoshin is the culmination of my professional journey.
My path began with music. I discovered the flute at the age of eight, and fifteen years later, I earned a Master's degree in music. This led me to perform on stages across Croatia, New York, and eventually Berlin—the city where my professional narrative took a significant turn.
In 2009, I moved to the German capital. There, alongside teaching yoga, I discovered and nurtured my entrepreneurial drive. This convergence of passions led to the founding of the Dynamic Mindfulness yoga school in the heart of Berlin's Kreuzberg district.
Over the following decade, the school evolved into an international hub, training more than 150 teachers from 45 countries around the world.
Building this school from the ground up served as my immersive "field degree in business." Through continuous education and hands-on experience, I developed expertise in:
Branding
Marketing & Sales
WordPress web development
Team leadership
In 2025, feeling ready to return home, I passed the leadership of the school to my dedicated students, Katya and Rijk, both established teachers in Berlin.
I have now settled in Zagreb, where I look forward to bringing this wealth of experience to new collaborations.

"Working with Tatjana on business development has always been a great help and inspiration to me. She possesses a unique ability to pinpoint key aspects without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Tatjana is thoughtful, passionate, and respectful in her advice. I warmly recommend her to all entrepreneurs who, on their path to a successful business, want an insightful and perceptive person by their side."

WHY SHOSHIN??
Shoshin (初心) is a term from Zen Buddhism that translates as "beginner's mind." It is a mindset that perceives the world around with freshness and curiosity, as if for the first time. Zen teaches that such an open perspective is the foundation of true creativity—the mind of a master.
Following this spiritual guidance, I approach every project with attention, freshness, and a readiness to discover new possibilities together.
Support includes:
Business Consulting Through Collaboration
Sometimes it's hard to see the bigger picture amid daily business tasks. I will carefully listen to your story—your challenges, dreams, and whatever might be "out of sync." Together, we will examine the situation from all angles and find concrete, sustainable paths forward.
The best solutions often emerge from good conversation and well-posed questions.
Writing and Managing Erasmus+ Projects
Dreaming of international collaboration and EU support for your idea? I will guide you through the world of Erasmus+ calls, help you find the right partners across Europe who share your values—whether related to quality of life, peacebuilding, culture, or community strengthening.
I will be your support and guide from idea to project realization.
Marketing and Communication with a Human Face
A quality relationship with clients and your audience is like a well-tended garden—it requires attention, consistency, and joy. I will help you build that relationship in your own unique way. Whether through a newsletter people are eager to open, a podcast that tells your story, or a simple yet effective landing page that perfectly presents your business to the world.
Good communication doesn't have to be loud—it just needs to be sincere.
Examples of projects I work on or have worked on:

For the Chan Retreat Center Hartovski Vrh, I had the opportunity to create a communication strategy, co-write a new copy for the website, and launch the podcast "Wisdom of Chan with Teacher Žarko Andričević"—with over 17,000 downloads so far.
Additionally, I regularly maintain the Center's digital world: I manage the media calendar and member’s portal, and ensure the website always offers new content.

The project "Silent Hiking and Mindfulness for Inclusivity" (Erasmus+) was born from the desire to connect people—with nature, themselves, and each other. I designed and applied for this project, which connects three organizations from Croatia and Slovenia.
Furthermore, I designed the project logo, created a landing page, and led the project team.

For Fige Yoga, I went into the world of SEO and site structure—and succeeded in positioning the website among the top three results for key terms.
But that's not all: I also worked with the owner on communication strategies, set up an automated newsletter, and designed a lead magnet for contact collection. The result? Visibility increased, marketing runs smoothly, and the business is developing excellently.

The Dynamic Mindfulness school started in my living room and over time grew into a full studio with over ten employees. Besides leading yoga and meditation classes, I created the school's unique English-language Teacher Training Program, which educated people from over 45 countries.
On that journey, I learned everything—from navigating German bureaucracy to branding, marketing, team leadership, and creating online programs.
Frequently Asked Questions
The first step is simple—get in touch with me using the contact form below. Briefly describe what you do and the challenges you're facing. If I believe I can support and help you, I’ll reach out to arrange a free introductory conversation. This 20-minute call is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore the potential for working together.
Once we agree to collaborate, I’ll send you a personalized proposal that outlines the work modules, timeline, and a cooperation agreement. Everything moves step by step—without rush, and with care.
The cooperation agreement clearly defines what, when, and how we will work, the package price, and payment terms. I’d like to emphasize that we work as a team. The success of the process largely depends on your commitment—your willingness to complete tasks and provide me with the necessary materials on time. When responsibilities and expectations are clear, we can focus on what matters most: your progress and growth.
The preparation process for an Erasmus+ project typically takes 3 to 4 months. During this period, we thoroughly refine your project idea and objectives, and search for the right international partners who share your values—whether related to quality of life, peacebuilding, culture, or community strengthening,
Regarding financial arrangements, I offer two options:
1. Advance payment for my work on writing and submitting the project application.
2. Payment after the project is approved and funded, based on an agreed percentage (10%) of the total awarded project value. This second option involves greater commitment and shared risk, so the overall fee is higher accordingly.
My goal is to be your support and guide from the initial idea all the way to project realization.
